Elizabeth Jorgensen and Sarah Allen Benton are two sober chicks, both licensed therapist, who offer advice through humor while discussing addiction, mental health, family therapy, parenting issues and relevant current events!

Elizabeth Jorgensen, founder and director of Insight Counseling, has 26 years experience as a psychotherapist specializing in adolescent psychotherapy and substance abuse counseling. She is a nationally recognized expert in substance abuse counseling, engaging resistant teens and motivating them to change. She has presented nationally, including at Harvard University and Dartmouth College. She is also a recipient of a Congressional Award for her work as an educator and community prevention activist.

Sarah Allen Benton, MS, LMHC, LPC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor and Therapist at Insight Counseling in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Benton lectures on the topic of high-functioning alcoholics at high-schools, colleges, mental health clinical trainings and conferences. She is the author of the book Understanding the High-Functioning Alcoholic and has been in recovery from alcoholism since February 2004.
